EPA Presses on With GPG Emissions Limits in Face of SCOTUS Rebuke

While a June ruling by the Supreme Court held that the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) sweeping interpretation of the Clean Air Act is unlawful, the agency is pressing on, with the court’s permission, in its requirement to require certain greenhouse-gas (GHG) emitters to install the “best available control technology” to limit those emissions.
