This week, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen is set to promote investments in clean energy tax benefits. While the House is slated to conduct a hearing on the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) authority, EPA is celebrating awarded projects for the Clean School Bus Program. On the state level, Massachusetts’ first offshore wind farm began producing electricity while western states are continuing to negotiate shares of the Colorado River.
